About Us

Hi, I’m Drew. When I became a dad in 2016, I was confident that the help of a few books and experts, my own (mostly pleasant) upbringing, and a healthy dose of common sense would sufficiently equip me for the job. Most of these beliefs were quickly shattered after the birth of my first son and then again with the birth of my second.

Finally, I realized what I was missing most was the support of my peers - other committed dads who were going through the same stuff and could help me celebrate the triumphs, process the frustrations, and just figure out what the hell was going on! With the help of a midwifery practice and many other friends, coaches, and supporters, I founded The Fatherhood Circle to provide dads a place where they can find relief, support, fun, learning, or whatever else they might need to keep being their best as dads.

In addition to being a heart-open dad who’s been through some stuff and read arguably too much material on parenting, I’m a certified group facilitator with Simplicity Parenting and a guide in peak performance, consciousness, and culture through the Flow Genome Project.

Our mission is to foster a new culture around fatherhood by providing dads the resources and support they need to be their best as fathers and as humans.

Fathers are not mere adjucts to mothers, occasional babysitters or bag-carriers. They are the consequence of half a million years of evolution and they remain a vital part of the human story
